Underwater Museum: Dive the world famous MUSA, the underwater sculpture
museum. MUSA (Museo Subacuático de Arte) was formed in the waters surrounding
Isla Mujeres in 2009. Created by Jason deCaires Taylor, the art installation consists
of over 400 life-size sculptures and is one of the largest underwater art installations
in the world. These beautiful sculptures form a complex reef structure for marine
life to colonize and inhabit while simultaneously drawing divers away from the local
endangered natural reefs. This installation continues to grow, both in size and
